The term "refugee" doesn’t define who someone is—it describes a temporary situation people find themselves in. One that can change when given the opportunity to become an active, valued member of society.

Step one: Get hired.

In collaboration with students from Miami Ad School Europe, we developed a pro bono recruitment initiative for true risk-takers and boundary-pushers: for individuals often referred to as refugees.
