CREATIVITY HAS NO BORDERS.
RECRUITING CAMPAIGN
IDEAS HAVE NO COLOR. TALENT HAS NO GENDER.

The term "refugee" doesn’t define who someone is—it describes a temporary situation people find themselves in. One that can change when given the opportunity to become an active, valued member of society.
Step one: Get hired.
In collaboration with students from Miami Ad School Europe, we developed a pro bono recruitment initiative for true risk-takers and boundary-pushers: for individuals often referred to as refugees.

The Objective
The project aims to spark creative thinking and gather unique solutions through an interactive platform, creating a portfolio that individuals can use to showcase their talents when applying for jobs in the creative industries.

The Platform
A simple, guided way to anonymously build a portfolio that highlights unique skills and talents—open to everyone, regardless of gender or background.
