CREATIVITY HAS NO BORDERS.

Talent has no colours. Ideas have no gender.

Being a refugee is not an identity. It’s a condition that can change.

Step one: Get hired.

Together with students from Miami Ad School Europe, we created a pro bono recruitment project for creative talent with refugee experience.

The Objective

The campaign leads to a platform where applicants submit their ideas. Each submission is automatically turned into a professional portfolio, optimized for the creative industry.

The Platform

At first, all submissions remain anonymous. Background, status, and biography come second. What counts is the work.
